In addition, we often place applicants in a temporary position with the possibility of being hired on at the client’s company. Our clients are generally looking for people with skills in administration, accounting, human resources, or marketing.

A: Computer skills are highly valued at Perfect Timing. Software such as Word®, Excel®, Outlook®, or PowerPoint®, are in demand by our clients. Perfect Timing staff also looks for employees with organizational

A: Your first step will be to submit your resume to one of the following offices: Marin, Petaluma, or Santa Rosa. You will be contacted by a Perfect Timing Representative once your resume is reviewed and it is determined we are a good resource for your job search. [back to top]

A: First, bring your resume with references (name, telephone, and/or email address) for the last three places you have worked. A: Wear clothes appropriate for working in an office environment. For women, a dress or slacks and skirts with a blouse are appropriate. For men, slacks and a shirt are appropriate. Jeans and t-shirts are not recommended. [back to top]

A: Yes, but we will try to make it as pleasant as possible by only testing you in areas where you feel prepared and comfortable.
