Perfect Timing annually reviews the compensation for each job category we provide to our clients. This ensures that the amount you are paid for a Perfect Timing job is competitive and is equivalent to comparable positions. Beginning in January 2011, short and long term assignments including benefit and holiday pay will be available with a nationally recognized research facility.

Perfect Timing offers Direct Deposit for all employees. If you are interested, please submit a completed Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement to our Larkspur office. You may fax the form to (415) 461-7551. The process takes a minimum of 3 weeks to go into effect. Changes require a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice and any cancellations require 1 week’s notice. Deposits post each Wednesday, but Monday holidays will delay postings to Thursday. You may request that deposits post to either a checking or savings account. 2011 Holidays delaying postings to Thursday include, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Christmas Day.
