Direct Deposit |
|
| |
Perfect Timing offers Direct Deposit for all employees. If you are interested, please submit a completed Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement to our Larkspur office. You may fax the form to (415) 461-7551. The process takes a minimum of 3 weeks to go into effect. Changes require a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice and any cancellations require 1 week’s notice. Deposits post each Wednesday, but Monday holidays will delay postings to Thursday. You may request that deposits post to either a checking or savings account.

Employee Recognition Program |

Every month, the Perfect Timing staff identifies an Employee of the Month who has demonstrated excellence on the job. At the end of each year, we also identify the Employee of the Year. Those employees receive a cash bonus and are featured on our web site. We want to support your effort and dedication to a job well done.

Referral Program Pay |
|
| |
When you refer an applicant to us and he/she is placed in a temporary position, and works a minimum of 80 hours, we will pay you a minimum of $50. If we place the referred applicant in a temp-to-hire or direct-hire position and he/she works 90 days, you will receive a minimum of $100. Our referral network is impressive because of people like you who enjoy working for Perfect Timing.
